Personal collection and delivery

We will prepare and dispatch the products you order to your address.

The products will be delivered by Post Slovenije in accordance with their terms and conditions. If you are not at home when the delivery person visits you, the delivery person will leave you a notification of the arrival of the parcel, which you will be able to collect in person at your nearest post office within a certain time limit.

Packaging, delivery and postage costs for all orders within Slovenia up to EUR 100 are borne by the buyer and amount to EUR 3.50. Packaging, delivery and postage costs for all orders within Slovenia over EUR 100 are free of charge for the buyer. The buyer will therefore receive the ordered parcel without any postage charge.

Personal collection

Personal collection of your orders is possible at the company’s headquarters, by prior arrangement, every weekday between 9:00 and 16:00.
