GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The online shop fritzshop.si (hereinafter also referred to as the “Shop”) is operated by Masterline d.o.o., Vodovodna cesta 101, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 5448263, tax number: SI19804024 (hereinafter also referred to as the Seller).

The General Terms and Conditions of Business determine the operation of the fritzshop.si online shop, the rights and obligations of the user and the shop, and regulate the business relationship between the shop and the buyer. The General Terms and Conditions of Business also regulate the individual rules of purchase at the Masterline d.o.o. checkout point.

The buyer may be a natural or legal person, taking into account the information provided at the time of registration and order placement. The General Terms and Conditions of the fritzshop.si online shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The Buyer shall be bound by the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of purchase (placing an online order). The Buyer shall be specifically reminded of the General Terms and Conditions at the time of placing the order and shall confirm his/her awareness of them by placing the order.

User

By registering once in the fritzshop.si online shop via e-mail, the visitor becomes a guest of the shop, and with a confirmed registration in the fritzshop.si online shop, the visitor becomes a member. Both the guest and the member of the shop (hereinafter also referred to as the user) acquire the right to make purchases in the fritzshop.si online shop.

When registering as a member of the online shop, visitors are given a username identical to their email address and a password.

Execution or refusal of an order

After final confirmation of the order, we will notify the customer by e-mail that the order has been received. Accepted orders are treated as irrevocable. We will start the activities necessary to execute accepted orders as soon as possible. Masterline Ltd. may refuse to accept an order which it determines that it cannot perform under the conditions stated. The execution of accepted orders is carried out on all working days from 09:00 to 16:00.

Order cancellation procedure

Orders received via the online shop may be cancelled by the customer at no additional cost. You can choose to cancel your order within one hour by sending us an email to; info@fritzshop.si. In the email, please provide the following information:

In the subject line: cancel order.

In the body of the message:
name and surname of the buyer
address of the buyer
Order number

If the order is not cancelled within one hour, the order will be processed further. We will check in the order whether all the required information about the customer and the products ordered is available. In the event of missing information, we will contact you by e-mail or by telephone, which is indicated in the contact details.

Prices

All prices quoted in the fritzshop.si online shop are expressed in euros and include value added tax. VAT taxable persons are required to provide an identification number when placing an order. Due to the daily updating of prices and stocks on the website, errors may occur which are beyond our control and for which we cannot be held responsible.

Purchase notification procedure

After placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. The registered user can always access comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the fritzshopi.si website. The fritzshop.si team will review the order, check the availability of the ordered items and confirm or reject the order with a reason. The fritzshop.si team may call the customer’s contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. For the delivery of items that fritzshop.si does not have in stock in its own warehouse, fritzshop.si is exclusively bound to the delivery by its supplier and to the time in which this supplier can deliver the item. By e-mail, fritzshop.si shall keep the Buyer informed of the latest information regarding the delivery of the items. If the delivery time is very long and the Buyer does not wish to wait, the Buyer may communicate this to the following e-mail address: info@fritzshop.si. The item will be removed from the order and any monies already paid will be refunded to the Buyer and the remaining items in the order will be either delivered or cancelled at the Buyer’s option. If the supplier fritzshop.si does not confirm the availability of the ordered items within two weeks from the date of placing the order, fritzshop.si may refuse the Buyer’s order on the grounds that the item is unavailable. The Buyer’s order shall expire on the date of rejection. The order is dispatched or ready for collection

Within the agreed deadline, fritzshop.si prepares the item, dispatches it and notifies the buyer by e-mail.

Sold out products

In some cases, we may not be able to deliver an item because it is sold out. We ask for your understanding. We are confident that you will find a replacement product in our wide range of products.

Protection of personal data

Your personal data will be carefully protected in accordance with the applicable regulations. The data obtained when ordering goods will be used to send you information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications between you and fritzshop.si.

Fritzshop.si stores the following data of members indefinitely: first and last name, e-mail address, contact telephone, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communications with frizshop.si.

The personal data provided shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, quotations, invoices) and other necessary communication with the customer.

Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorised persons.

For guests, fritzshop.si stores the following personal data only for the time until the order is fulfilled: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, primary and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and date of registration and archive of communication with fritzshop.si. After the order has been completed, only the data relating to the individual order is stored, which can only be accessed through knowledge of the account number and order number.

It is the user’s responsibility to protect their personal data by ensuring the security of their e-mail address, username and password, and by using appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect their computer.

Complaints and disputes

Fritzshop.si complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaints handling system.

fritzshop.si shall also use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably, but if this is not possible, the court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.

Masterline d.o.o., in accordance with the principle of extended producer responsibility, fulfils its obligations under the European Directives 2002/96/EC and 2006/66/EC, the “Regulation on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment” (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 55/2015) and the ‘Regulation on the management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators’ (Official Journal of the RS, No. 3/2010, 64/2012, 93/2012) is implemented within the framework of the joint management plans for waste electrical and electronic equipment and waste batteries and accumulators of TRIGANA d.o.o..
